The Editorial Board is a permanent governing body of the journal. Determines the current editorial policy of the journal, reviews and approves the content of the next issues, controls the activities of the journal.
РThe work of the editorial board is organized by the editor–in-chief of the journal, and in his absence - by the deputy editors-in-chief.
